Manually Send HomeIntelle Reports

HomeIntelle automatically sends monthly property reports to your contacts on your behalf, however certain settings will replace that automation with manual sending, which will require you to manually generate and review the HomeIntelle report before enrolling each contact - regardless of the source. Once the report is generated and reviewed, you'll be able to enroll them to receive it automatically each month. Learn more about HomeIntelle settings

HomeIntelle reports are manually generated from the Contact Details page, and cannot be done in bulk.

Generating & Viewing the Report

To generate a HomeIntelle report, go to the Contact Details Page, then click the either the New HomeIntelle Report link below the contact's name, or go to the HomeIntelle tab and click the Generate Report button.

If you do not see the New HomeIntelle Report link or the HomeIntelle tab is greyed out, that contact is not eligible to receive HomeIntelle reports. Eligible contacts have a valid, deliverable email address and complete primary home address.

After a few seconds, the report will be generated and you can view the report by clicking the Open Report button. If you step away or forget to send the report, a To Do will be created letting you know the report is ready.

Sending the Report

Once the report is generated and reviewed, you can simply click the Send button. This will not only send the report right then, but will also enroll that contact to automatically receive reports each month (there is no option to manually send reports each month).

The first report must be sent to enroll the contact to receive automated reports each month.

You can click on the HomeIntelle tab in the contact details to see their address details, current HomeIntelle report, and previously sent reports.
