HomeIntel Settings

HomeIntel provides data-rich property reports to your contacts on your behalf, and these reports are loaded with With interactive tools to give you insights into "seller signals" you may be missing, and helps spark meaningful conversations & sets you up to become their go-to source for reliable real estate info.

HomeIntel is free for all eligible Market leader sourced leads (Leads Direct, Network Boost, HouseValues), and you can configure how you want to enroll your contacts and other lead sources into HomeIntel.

HomeIntel Settings

HomeIntel is a powerful tool that will dazzle your contacts and boost engagement. To take advantage of HomeIntel, you can choose how you want to manage the creation of HomeIntel reports for your leads and contacts with addresses.

From the Account menu, click on HomeIntel. Here, you'll see HomeIntel is set to ON by default.

Next you'll see two options for HomeIntel: Limited & Unlimited

• Limited: Choose manual or partial automation for all eligible ML sourced leads and up to 100 non-ML sourced contacts
• Unlimited: Choose manual or partial automation for all eligible ML sourced leads and unlimited non-ML sourced contacts

Manual

Choosing the Manual option will require you to manually generate and review the HomeIntel report before enrolling each contact - regardless of the source. Once the report is generated and reviewed, you'll be able to enroll them to receive it automatically each month This option is good for agents that want to see the first report for each contact before it's sent.

Partial Automation

Partial automation will enable HomeIntel to automatically send reports to any new and existing ML-sourced with an address, so you can get more value from your Market Leader leads. Then you can manually enroll up to 100 free non-ML sourced contacts (e.g., imported, synced, etc.) to receive HomeIntel.

Once you've selected your HomeIntel settings, click Save.

Full Automation

Full automation is truly the hands-free experience. With full automation, all eligible Market Leader leads and non-Market Leader leads will automatically start receiving HomeIntel reports from you each month. You must upgrade to HomeIntel Unlimited to take advantage of this automation.

Free Reports Tracker

In the HomeIntel settings, there's also a Free Reports Tracker (HomeIntel Limited only). This tracker allows you to keep track of how many of your 100 free contacts you've enrolled. Once you've reached your 100 free contacts, you won't be able to add any new non-ML sourced contacts to receive HomeIntel reports from you.

💡 Got a lot of eligible non-ML contacts? You may want to consider going to Unlimited so they can automatically start receiving HomeIntel reports each month from you.
