Removing an Agent from a Teams Account

Removing a Team Member

To remove an agent, select Manage Team from the Account menu.

From there, click the Delete button below the agent you want to remove.

The system will ask you to confirm who that agent's contacts should be reassigned to or if they should go round robin to all active agents on the account. Once you have selected where the contacts go, confirm the deletion of the account by clicking Yes.
