Postcards
Postcards are a great way to market your listings, farm for prospects, and stay in touch with contacts. Our postcards are printed on Premium Cover Stock with High Gloss UV coating on the front side. We offer three different postcard sizes. You have the option to bulk ship postcards to yourself or have them addressed and mailed first class directly to your contacts.
Flyers
Creating your own flyers is fun! We have hundreds of templates to choose from and plenty of print options to make sure your end-product is exactly what you expect to see. Our flyers are printed on a standard 100# Text paper with no coating, or you can upgrade to a heavier 110# Cover for $.08 per flyer. On the heavier paper, you also have the option to add special finishes (UV, Matte, or Soft Touch) to each side of your flyer for an additional fee.

Brochures
Show off your luxury properties or local expertise with a folded brochure.
Our 8.5”x11” Tri-fold flyers are printed on a 100# Cover and folded into 3 equal sections for a final size of 8.5”x3.66”. You have the option to add special finishes (UV, Matte, or Soft Touch) to each side of your brochure for an additional fee.
Our 11”x17” Luxury Brochures are printed on 110# Cover and folded in half for a final size of 8.5”x11”. You have the option to add special finishes (UV, Matte, or Soft Touch) to each side of your brochure for an additional fee.

Folded Greeting Cards
Take the time to make someone’s day. Greeting cards are a great way to reach out to your contacts on special occasions or send a thank you note after an event or transaction. You can add a personal message to your cards in the system before printing, or you can leave them blank and write it by hand for an even more personal touch. Our greeting cards are printed on 100# Cover and come with blank white envelopes.

Business Cards
Make a memorable impression! Business cards can help you build your personal brand and connect with new clients. Our business cards are printed on 16 pt. Tango cover stock with no coating, or you can upgrade to a special finish (UV, Matte, or Soft Touch for an additional fee.

The purchase of a new home is among the most important benchmarks in many of our lives. Prove yourself to be a professional asset to your prospects by arming them with our comprehensive buyer and seller guides. Our 20-page guides are printed on 100# Text paper with a 100# Cover on the outside.
Shipping Prices
“Bulk Shipped” means the print materials in your order are shipped to you (versus being mailed directly to recipients). Bulk shipping options and pricing are listed below.
- Free Ground shipping (1-7 business days)
- 2-Day Air shipping available for $16 flat fee
- Overnight shipping available for $20 flat fee
“First Class Mailed to contact” means the print materials are printed, addressed, and mailed directly to your recipients via First Class Mail. This option is available for postcards only. A postage fee is applied to each postcard individually, so there are no other shipping charges.

Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed before 4pm CST will be produced by Xpressdocs the same day. Ordered placed after 4pm CST will be produced the next day. The shipping times listed above do not include production time, so please plan accordingly. Xpressdocs print operations run Monday - Friday. All orders must be received on or before a business day for turnaround times to apply.
