Click the Edit button in to the right of Review and Configure Steps.

Click Add Step.

Select direct mail (i.e. postcard), from the menu and click Add Step again.

Your Marketing Center Design Library will be auto-filtered to only show the marketing pieces you can add to your campaign.

(lightbulb)Tip:  Only emails or postcards may be added to a campaign.

You can select one of your saved designs or a new design.  Click on the image for the design you want to use.

To add a design to the campaign without any edits, click Add to Campaign.  To customize the design before adding it to your campaign, click Personalize.

When you’re done making changes to your campaign steps, click Save & Continue.

If you’ve made any changes to an active campaign, you’ll be reminded to reactivate the campaign.

Helpful Tips:

  • If a saved design says “No Longer Accessible”, then that template has been retired and is no longer available for use.
