In your Marketing Center you’ll find a variety of flyers that you can personalize and send to your contacts. With designs for both buyers and sellers, you’ll be sure to find the right flyer for the right contact at the right time.

Note: You must have Silverlight installed on your computer to edit a design using the Marketing Design Editor. If you need to install Silverlight, please click here.
Choose a Flyer Design
To find available flyer marketing designs, hover over the Marketing tab and select Marketing Center from the menu.
Under the Design Templates section, select Flyers.
From here, you can narrow your search even more by selecting a Collection, which will automatically filter the available designs by collection. A collection is a group of similarly themed designs.
Or you can search by a Keyword, such as “seller”, “home buyer”, or “property”, and clicking Search.
You can also create a totally custom design by selecting the Build/Upload Your Own option from the Collection drop down.
Personalize and Save a Flyer Design
When you find a design you want to work with, click the image for that design and you’ll be taken to the detail page for that piece.
Click the Personalize button to customize it and make it your own using the Marketing Design Editor.

When you have finished personalizing your design, you’ll need to save it. From within the Design Editor click the Save button and select Save As.
Name your design something relevant and easy to remember like the address of the home you are promoting, or a description of the piece. Click Save after you've named your design.
Upon saving, you will see a successful save message, click OK:
Create a Listing Enabled Flyer
Listing Enabled Marketing flyers are flyers that are integrated with active MLS listings, listed with either you or your office.
First, under the Design Templates section, select Flyers.
Next, put a check in the box next to Listing Enabled Only. To ensure you are only searching for flyers that can contain MLS listing information.
When you find a design you want to work with, click the image for that design and you’ll be taken to the detail page for that piece.
You can automatically add your listing’s information and photos that you uploaded to your MLS to a listing enabled marketing design. Start by finding your active listing using either the:
- MLS listing number or
- Street address of the listing
Once you have selected your design, add your active listing by starting to type the listing’s MLS number or street address into the Choose a Listing field.
Note: If you want to use this design for a listing that is not one of your active listings, just click Personalize. This will let you manually upload listing data and photos into your design.
Once you start typing, the field will auto-fill a list based on what you have typed.
To select a listing, click on the line item from the list.
Note: To see your active listings you must have your MLS Agent ID or Office MLS ID entered in your account settings.
Once you have selected your listing, click the Personalize button and make it your own
When you have finished personalizing your design, you’ll need to save it. From within the Design Editor click the Save button and select Save As.

Order Professional Printing
To order professional printing of a Flyer or a Guide to be mailed directly to you, first select your Paper, Finishing, and Quantity options:
- Paper: 100# Text is standard paper. 110# Cover is a heavier paper.
- Finishing: You can leave the flyers/guides uncoated or have a special coating applied after printing for an additional fee. Visit the Shopping Cart FAQ page for detailed descriptions of paper types and finishing options.
- Quantity: The minimum quantity is 25, but your price per piece will improve with higher quantities (we recommend 100+ for the best value)
Note: Pricing, paper, and finishing options vary by material type.
Once you add your items to the cart, you will be required to Preview your piece before continuing.
If your design has multiple pages, you’ll be able to scroll through the pages in the Preview window by clicking the arrows on either side of the image, or by clicking on one of the navigation circles located just below the image.
After reviewing the piece, click Approve & Continue to continue to the Shopping Cart.
On the Shopping Cart page, you can review and/or edit your paper, finishing, and quantity options.
Click Checkout when finished.
Next, review your billing and shipping information as well as your order details. If you would like to change the shipping method, select the Ground Shipping (FREE) drop down arrow to see the available shipping methods.
When you are finished reviewing your order, click Place Your Order to complete your order.

Print a Flyer Design Yourself
On the design detail page, click the Download PDF button.
Note: Only flyers and postcards can be downloaded to print yourself.
When prompted, select to Open with Adobe Reader and click OK.
Note: You must have Adobe Reader installed to complete this process.
When your design opens in Adobe, you’ll want to save it where you can easily find it. To save your piece, click File at the top of the page.
Then select Save As and PDF from the available menu.
Navigate to the folder where you want to save your design and select Save.
To print your saved PDF, you can click the Print icon in the toolbar, or you can select Print from the File menu.

Flyer designs can only be printed. To find a design that you can email, you'll want to filter your Design Library to show only email material types.

- Email only designs are optimized to be emailed. These designs can only be emailed.
- Print only designs are Flyers, Greeting Cards, Guides, and Postcards. These designs can only be printed.
No, any marketing designs must be created within your Market Leader system to be able to send it out from your Market Leader system.
There is a minimum order quantity of 25, except for guides which have a quantity of 1.
Allow approximately 5-7 business days for a print order to arrive, when shipping via FedEx Ground. Mailing pieces sent directly to recipients are sent First Class or Standard Mail via the US Postal Service. Delivery in Canada varies.
