See Recently Active Contacts

Searching by Recently Active allows you to identify your hottest prospects, and those who need a follow-up. To search for recently active contacts, select Recently Active under My Searches. Here you will see contacts that have been active in the last 7 days, as well as contacts that you have engaged with in the last 7 days.

Indicates when YOU were last active with a contact (e.g. adding a note to history or sending an email or listing alert).

Indicates when a CONTACT last engaged with you or your website (e.g. opened an email from you or visited your site).

(lightbulb) To see your recently active active contacts, you can click View All Recently Active from your dashboard too!

Search by Recent Activity

Since recently active pulls both yours and the contact's activity, you can also apply a search filter if you wish to only see one or the other.

To filter contacts by the type of activity, click the Filters button. Here, under the Dates section, you can select the specific type of activity:

  • Last Contact – when you last reached out and noted the record
  • Contact Last Active – when the contact last engaged with you or your website
