Throughout the Marketing Center in your Market Leader system, there are numerous designs that you can select and personalize, from postcards to flyers. Once you've finished designing your materials, it's easy to order prints that you can deliver yourself or have mailed to your contacts. For example, a postcard you create can be professionally printed and mailed to your leads and clients.

On this page you'll learn how to order printing for:

Flyers and Marketing Guides

Flyers and Guides have the same choices when ordering professional printing.

To order professional printing of a Flyer or a Guide to be mailed directly to you, click the Add To Cart button on the design detail page.

(info) Note: The professional print services cost varies by material.

You will be reminded to Preview your piece before continuing.

If your design has multiple pages, you’ll be able to scroll through the pages in the Preview window by clicking the arrows on either side of the image, or by clicking on one of the navigation circles located just below the image.

After reviewing the piece, click Approve & Continue to continue to the Shopping Cart.

On the Shopping Cart page, you can select the paper and finishing options. Paper and finishing options may not be available for all material types or designs.

Then you’ll want to confirm the quantity you would like to order.

(info) Note: There is a minimum order of 25, except for guides which only have a minimum order of 1.

Click Checkout when finished.

Review your billing and shipping information as well as your order details. If you would like to change the shipping method, select the Ground Shipping (FREE) drop down arrow to see the available shipping methods.

When you are finished reviewing your order, click Place Your Order to complete your order.

Greeting Cards

When you are ready to order professional printing of your greeting cards, you have two mailing options:

  1. Mail to Your Contacts (direct mail)
  2. Mail to Yourself without Pre-printed Addresses
    (info) If ordering small greeting cards, this will be your only mailing option.

1. Mail to Your Contacts

To mail your greeting cards to your contacts, mark the check box that says Print Mailing Address on Pieces, in the Order Professional Printing section, then click Add to Cart.

You will be reminded to Preview your piece before continuing.

If your design has multiple pages, you’ll be able to scroll through the pages in the Preview window by clicking the arrows on either side of the image, or by clicking on one of the navigation circles located just below the image.

After reviewing the piece, click Approve & Continue to continue to the Shopping Cart.

From the Shopping Cart page, to add contacts click Choose Recipients. There is a minimum of 25 recipients.

In the left hand column will be a list of all contacts that have a complete mailing address.

(info) Note: If you think a contact is missing, go to the contact’s summary page to complete their address information so they are eligible to receive this piece.  Learn more about editing a contact.

To add contacts one at a time, click the Add button next to each contact you want.

To add all contacts click Add All Eligible Contacts.

You can also filter the contact list to display only eligible contacts in a specific group. To select a group, mark the check box next to that group name.

(info) Note: You can select more than one group.

After marking the appropriate check boxes, click anywhere on the page to have your changes take effect.

Your list will now be filtered, showing only eligible contacts in the groups you’ve selected.

Select either the Add or Add All Eligible Contacts button. After you have added contacts, you’ll see the names of the contacts appear in the right hand column. You’ll also see how many total contacts are now on the recipient list.

Click Save and Continue when you have finished adding contacts.

You’ll be returned to the Shopping Cart, where you’ll be able to have “Current Resident” added to each card and/or to have one mailed to you directly.

Click Checkout once you have made your mailing selections.

On the checkout page, confirm the billing address and your order details. If everything looks good, click Place Your Order.

2. Mail to Yourself without Pre-Printed Addresses

To order greeting cards to be mailed to you, so that you can address them as needed, simply click Add to Cart.

You will be reminded to Preview your piece before continuing.

If your design has multiple pages, you’ll be able to scroll through the pages in the Preview window by clicking the arrows on either side of the image, or by clicking on one of the navigation circles located just below the image.

After reviewing the piece, click Approve & Continue to continue to the Shopping Cart.

Confirm the quantity and then click Checkout.

(info) Note: There is a minimum order of 25

The last step before placing your order is to verify that the billing and shipping addresses are correct.

Verify your order details and quantity. If you want faster shipping, select the drop down that says Ground Shipping (FREE) to see available delivery options.

When you have confirmed your order, click Place Your Order.

Postcards

When you are ready to order professional printing of your postcards, you have three mailing options:

  1. Mail to Your Contacts (direct mail)
  2. Mail to Yourself with Pre-Printed Addresses (mail to me addressed)
  3. Mail to Yourself without Pre-Printed Addresses (mail to me)

1. Mail to Your Contacts

To mail your postcards to your contacts, mark the check box that says Print Mailing Address on Pieces, in the Order Professional Printing section. Then, click Add to Cart.

You will be reminded to Preview your piece before continuing.

After reviewing the piece, click Approve & Continue to continue to the Shopping Cart.

2. Mail to Yourself with Pre-Printed Addresses

You can choose to have your postcards pre-printed with selected contacts addresses, and then mailed to you. You will then be able to mail the postcards out when you decide.

To have your postcards addressed, mark the check box that says Print Mailing Address on Pieces, in the Order Professional Printing section. Then, click Add to Cart.

You will be reminded to Preview your piece before continuing.

If your design has multiple pages, you’ll be able to scroll through the pages in the Preview window by clicking the arrows on either side of the image, or by clicking on one of the navigation circles located just below the image.

After reviewing the piece, click Approve & Continue to continue to the Shopping Cart.
