Understanding the next course of action when engaging with contacts can be tough. We want to make that easier by designating certain activities as high value and indicating a contact's high engagement. Those events will now be designated as Hand Raises! These will show up in both your To Do list and your 30 day Activity Feed on your Home Dashboard, so you can act on them quickly.
Hand Raises are triggered by the following events:
A contact sends you an email
A contact requests a CMA
A contact requests more information about a property
