There are areas that don't allow online or e-signatures, so this is a safe alternative. For a curbside closing, they wait in their car or home, you (or a notary) drop off documents, gloves, and a pen, then you wait in your car. They come out to sign, and when they're finished they go in. Then you get your signed documents. All while maintaining safe and social distance!
