Click the Edit button in to the right of To add a postcard to a campaign, go to the campaign you're adding it to, and expand the Review and Configure Steps.
Click section. Then click Add Step.

Select direct mail (i.e. postcard), from the menu and click Add Step again.
Your Marketing Center Design Library will be auto-filtered to only show the marketing pieces you can Image Added
Now you'll see postcard designs that you can choose from to add to your campaign.
Tip: Only emails or postcards may be added to a campaign.
You can select one of your saved designs or a new design. Click on the image for the design you want to use.
To add a design to the campaign without any edits, click Add to Campaign. To customize the design before adding it to your campaign, click Personalize.
When you’re done making changes to your campaign stepsYou can choose from the design library, or you can select Saved Designs to add a postcard you've already customized.
Click on the design thumbnail to select the image. Here you can either edit the design, or if you've already customized the postcard, you can select Add to Campaign.
Repeat this process to add as many postcards as you wish. When you’re finished, click Save & Continue.
If you’ve made any changes to an active campaign, you’ll be reminded to reactivate the campaign.
Lastly, you'll have to reactivate your campaign. Simply check the "I have reviewed..." box, and click Activate Campaign.
