What is the order minimum?

Providing flexible, low minimums is one way that Xpressdocs sets itself apart from the others. The minimum quantity for each line item is 25 pieces.

Minimum quantity does not apply to guides.

How will I receive my order?

In the US, we offer FedEx Ground for all orders shipped directly to you (note: FedEx is not available to ship to PO Boxes). You may also choose to upgrade to FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight delivery.

We use USPS First-ClassTM mail for all Print + Address + Mail orders, so with this option, you can expect your order within 3-7 business days. Delivery in Canada varies. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all import fees and taxes on duties assessed upon delivery.

Where can I view the status of my order?

To view the details and status of your order, go to Admin, click on My Account, then click on Orders. The status of your order and any available shipping information is displayed.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Saturday deliveries are not available at this time. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all import fees and taxes on duties assessed upon delivery.

The operating schedule is Monday - Friday. All orders must be received on or before a business day for turnaround times to apply.

(info) Important: Turnaround times are based on business days excluding holidays. Any problems with your order will delay delivery. Orders are shipped to you via Fed Ex to the shipping address on the order (excludes weekends - AK and HI have longer transit times).

When will I receive my order?

  • FedEx Ground Delivery Times: 1-7 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day Delivery Times: 2 business days by 4:30 P.M. to most U.S. addresses. (by 7 P.M. to residences)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery Times: Next-business-day delivery by 3:00 P.M. to most U.S. addresses.

Please note: Xpressdocs does not currently support printing addresses on pieces when the order is shipped to you in a bulk format. To use the 'print address' option please select the 'Mail Directly to Recipients' option.

Can I schedule my printing for a later date?

At this time there is not an option to pre-order your pieces for a later date.

What paper option should I choose?

We offer unsurpassed print quality on FSC certified, premium paper stocks using our HP Indigo presses; the fastest, most productive and efficient production presses in the digital industry. Our paper stocks are chosen specifically to match the type of product and the press they will be run on so you can rest assured that whatever you choose, it will print beautifully.

100# Text is our basic paperweight option for your flyers and newsletters. The gloss coating really makes the color and text of your printed piece really stand out.

100# Cover is the heavy stock option for our flyers, brochures and newsletters. Choose this option for a slightly heavier paperweight than the 100# Text option.

120# Cover is our heavy stock option we use for all of our postcards that adds the extra level of quality needed for direct mail pieces.

What finishing option should I choose?

UV Coating is an environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable, high-gloss coating that has protective qualities. We recommend adding UV Coating to your printed pieces for a professional, high-gloss finish that will stand out the mailbox.

UV Coating is available on 2-sides or 1-side. For mailed pieces, we recommend adding UV coating to only 1-side (front side) or the side that will not be addressed. This is to ensure that your addresses don’t smear and your labels or stamps affix properly if you are mailing out yourself.
