Contact Search Bar

At the top of each page of your system, you can use the Contact Search Bar to quickly and easily search for contacts by name, email, or phone number.

When you begin typing in this bar, a drop-down menu will appear with suggestions. Click on the contact you're searching for when they appear and you will be taken directly to their Contact Summary Page.

All Contacts Search

By default, the Contacts view provides a basic contact search form that enables you to find contacts by name, phone number, email and status. The form includes a More Search Options toggle that enables you to search on additional contact fields such as contact type, groups, comments, and history.

Basic Search

In the contact search form, enter or select a value for one or more of the following:

  •  Name or partial name in the text input box.
  •  Phone Number
  •  Email
  •  Status

 Then click Search.

Advanced Search

To see the advanced search options, simply expand the More Search Options link.

Enter or select values to refine the search; you can search by the last activity, groups, contact type, phone number, campaigns, and more.

Once you've selected your search criteria, click the Search button.

Searching for Contacts that are not in a Group

Now you can search for contacts that are not in a group by selecting the No Group option in the Groups section. This will allow you to search for contacts that may have fallen off your radar, and can come in very handy when cleaning and/or organizing your database.

To clear all search criteria, click Reset Search.
