Your clients will find these pages on the Communities Tab Adding communities is a great way to boost SEO, while providing valuable neighborhood information for consumers. To add or edit the communities you serve, select Website Admin from the Profile Admin Drop-down Menu.
Image Removed On the next page, click Communities Served from the links on the left side of the page. To add a new community, click the Add Community button. The communities you add will appear on your website home page or buy page, depending on what website theme you’re using.

First, enter the community name in the Name of Communityfieldprovided. Enter either Then enter the community or neighborhood nameor , ORa zip or postal code in the field provided, and for the community you're adding (once you start entering a zip code, you'll be able to select it from the a listthat appears. (Note: if your community does not appear in the MLS search areas on your website, you may ). You can add multiple names or zip codes per area.

If the community/neighborhood name does not auto-populate the pick-list, you'll need to use a zip code instead). Then, you can enter another area name or zip code until you have covered the entire community you are adding.

Next, add a description of for the community. What are some of the local landmarks or tourist attractions? Why would someone want to live here? What's your favorite thing about this community? This is your chance to really shine by showing why you are the local expert!

Be sure to add unique content here, and don't be afraid to use video, images, and links to other pages of your website, and external websites too!
Then move the pin to the center of your area on the map, to give consumers a better idea of where this community is located.

you have any photos you have taken of the area or if you own any images that have been professionally taken of that area you can add a custom local image to your communities page. Now you can add a photo to represent your community (we always recommend adding a community image), like a local landmark, favorite place to eat, a popular park, or farmer's market. This can be a photo you've taken, or any professional image you own the rights to use.
Simply click the Choose File button, locate and upload the file, and you're all set!

With your communities served pages you also have the ability to control (horizontal), rather than portrait orientation (vertical).
