Seller Engagement

This short and sweet email is designed to help get sellers off the fence, and shed some light on the fact that it's still a great time to sell. You could also make a few quick tweaks to make this a great buyer email too!

Inventory is low, competition is low, and interest rates are low. There’s no better time to list your home. Call or email me today and find out how we can take advantage of this thriving market.

Buyer or Seller Engagement

This email is a great way to drop and line and let people know how you've adapted to our current situation, and you now have new tools in place to provide your exceptional service.

We’ve all had to adapt and make adjustments during this crisis, and my real estate business is no exception. I’ve embraced new tools and processes to keep us all safe during this time, so whether it’s an initial consultation, listing appointment, or a virtual showing, we can take advantage of this thriving market while we stay home, stay safe, and save lives.

Buyer or Seller Engagement

There are areas that don't allow online or e-signatures, so this is a safe alternative. For a curbside closing, they wait in their car or home, you (or a notary) drop off documents, gloves, and a pen, then you wait in your car. They come out to sign, and when they're finished they go in. Then you get your signed documents. All while maintaining safe and social distance!

a Thing Now

One of the most common questions I’ve been getting, is can the entire real estate process really happen without any physical contact? Yes, it can.

In addition to virtual consultations, listing appointments, and showings, I now offer curbside closings. Our safety and health is my top priority, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to learn more.

Buyer Engagement

This is a simple way to engage your buyer leads, while offering great service at the same time! It's also an awesome way to reinforce the fact that you've adapted to today's new market realities, and you're here to help. You could also position this to sellers and offer video tours of comparable listings on the market.

…But a video is worth millions! Video allows you to experience the home in more detail, so you can get a better sense of the look, feel, and layout.

If you come across a home you’d like to see in a bit more detail, text or email me to request a video tour.

Seller Engagement

Now that video tours are the new normal (for now, at least), this email is a great way to engage with sellers, while offering a more targeted valuation for their home. It also helps tap into the emotional side of selling a home, which goes a long way with sellers.

A while back I sent you an estimated value for your home. To get a more precise valuation, I’d be happy to have you escort me on a video tour of your home. It's a great way to see the home, and hear from you what you love about it, or any updates you’ve made - plus it's easy!

It's an excellent time to sell, and your home could be worth more than you think!.
Feel free to text, call, or email me to schedule a time.

Buyer Engagement

It's not uncommon for potential buyers to be scared out of the market right now, and that's OK. You probably won't succeed at getting them all off the fence and ready to buy (that shouldn't be your goal either), but this email is a great way to normalize some of their fear and let them know you understand and you're here for them. We're all human, after all.

How’s your home search going? Have you been getting second thoughts? It’s very normal for times like these to bring about uncertainty, doubt, and fear, but I want you to know I’m here for you.

If you have questions about the current real estate market, how to look at homes right now, or how this might affect your financing options, I’m here.

If you want to keep searching on your own, I’m here.
If you need anything, I’m here. We’re in this together.
