Timeline in the contact summary stores a log of events or activities for that contact, including
emails to and
comments from the mobile app. To view the history for a contact, click on History from the contact summary page. Here you can see history events, as well as any notes you post to the contact history.Image Removed
from, notes, reminders, and contact actions (e.g. opening an email). Simply click on a contact to see their timeline.
When viewing a contact's timeline, you can filter what you can see. If you want to see emails sent to or from, notes only, or reminders only, you can select it from the drop-down menu.
Note: The default timeline view is Reminder & Notes.
You can also see a contact's history from the Contacts Dashboard. Simply click on the Last Activityfor a contacticon (Image Added), then click View More Activity.
Here you’ll see a small window containing history, including sent (Image Removed)and received (Image Removed) emails!
History Event Type
Website activity, such as a contact saved a listing, setup listing alert, or subscribed to Market Insider
A contact was manually entered or registered on your website
There was a comment in the import field when the contact was imported
You added the contact to a drip campaign
Seller's Market Report
You sent a Seller's Market Report to the contact
A contact note was posted to History
Phone Call from Mobile App
Phone call from the mobile app (if you added comments to the contact after the call, they will also appear here)
Contact unsubscribed, or updated their phone number or contact info
and you'll be able to view the timeline for that contact.
