Find motivated contacts by using the quick search options that are built into your system to see who was recently active. These contacts may have viewed listings, saved listings, updated their email preferences, viewed/opened an email or even just logged into your homepage.

There are 3 Quick Searches built into your system:

  • Recently Active
  • Quick Call
  • Quick Email

Check these searches daily and reach out to each of these contacts as soon as possible. These pre-built search options will help you determine which contacts you should reach out to, their interest level, and what relevant information you can talk to them about.

Recently Active

This quick search finds all of your contacts who were active on your website or engaged with you via email in the last 48 hours and do not currently have a Status of Trash.

In the navigation bar, hover over Contacts and select Recently Active from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down to see all of your Recently Active contacts.

Quick Call

This search will show all of your contacts who were active on your website or via email in the last 2 weeks, have a phone number, and do not currently have a Status of Trash.

In the navigation bar, hover over Contacts and select All Contacts from the drop-down menu.

Use the Quick Search Drop-down Menu to select Quick Call.

Scroll down to see all of the contacts that you should reach out to by phone.

Quick Email

This search locates all of your contacts who were active on your website or via email in the last 2 weeks, do not have a phone number, and do not currently have a Status of Trash.

In the navigation bar, hover over Contacts and select All Contacts from the drop-down menu.

Use the Quick Search Drop-down Menu to select Quick Email.

Scroll down to see all of the contacts that you should email.

Engage with Recently Active Contacts

Once you have performed a Quick Search in your system, you can click on each contact’s name to view more information about them.

This will take you to their Summary page where you can view the date they initially signed up on your website, their timeframe, and how they found your website.

Then click on the Listings tab at the top of their Summary page to view their Listing Alerts, Saved Listings, and Viewed Listings.

Use all of this information to gauge where these contacts are in the buying process and make informed follow-up with them.
