Nearly 90% of buyers find online websites, listing photos, and details about properties extremely helpful in their home search. By creating unique listing search URL's you can drive consumers to your Market Leader website, and leverage your website to generate more leads.

To create a unique listing search URL, go to your Market Leader website. Then add /advancedsearch/ after the .com (example: www.SearchingYourTown.com/advancedsearch/).

Here you will see the advanced listing search options. Enter your desired criteria (e.g. area, price, property type, beds/baths, etc.), then once all your criteria selections are made, click Search.

You can only create search URL's for area/neighborhood searches, not for custom map searches.

Now you will see your listing search results (based on your search criteria selections), and you will also see the unique URL in your browser.

To copy the URL, simply click into the browser to highlight the URL (or you can click and drag your mouse to highlight it, just be sure to highlight the entire URL).

Once the entire URL is highlighted, right click on it, and select Copy (or you can hit Control+C on your keyboard). This will copy the URL to your clipboard so you can share it.

Now you can paste that URL in a social media post, website, email, or blog to drive consumers to your website. Get creative and try to target your links by price, area, or neighborhood; the more specific, the better!

The context for your link must match the search results the consumer will see when they click on it. For example, if your Facebook post says "See Kirkland Homes under $800K", then the listings they see when they click on the link should be Kirkland homes under $800K.
