These are the email templates for our easy-to-follow 10-day plan, which not only allows you to have a plan for new leads, but also leverages your system tools to keep you on track. Customize these and make them your own, and remember to stop the plan if they respond during the initial 10 days, then respond based on their actions.

Day 1

  • Text or call if they have a phone number
  • Change status to Retry
  • Send welcome email confirmation
  • Add them to the Million Dollar Buyer Lead Conversion campaign (or associated group)

Day 3

  • Review or setup a listing alert (weekly or twice weekly)
  • Send website how-to email

Day 4

  • Check to see if they've been back to your website
  • Send listings
    • If no listings, send no listings email
  • Text or call if they have a phone number

Day 6

  • Check to see if they've been back to your website
    • If yes: Send Listings
    • If no: Do nothing (it's OK!)
  • Send Market Insider email
  • Review viewed listings and alert criteria

Day 9

  • Check to see if they've been back to your website
    • If yes: Send Listings
    • If no: Send email asking why
  • Add them to the Market Insider Newsletter

Day 10

  • If no response during the 10 days, change status to Cold
  • Set your reminder for 3 weeks out
  • If at any point during the 10 days they unsubscribe, send an email to ask why

After 3 Weeks...

  • Send re-engagement email
  • Add them to Monthly Newsletter campaign
  • Use your reminder to follow-up every 2-3 weeks
